Check out the second Elonian Hero revelation!
I totally reveal why Acolyte Jin is so gruff.

LOL...that's definently why she said what she said when they first meet Sunspears on Istan. Not only is her survivability better than Sousuke, but as a ranger, she's very versatile.

lol i do that to Sousuke all the time. But i think its a bit on the flaw of the storyline, since you get Zed as part of the story, naturally for me i would pick Jin over Sousuke.

Well, it's not quite so simple as that. If you go for Margrid, you'll also pick up a Ranger during the storyline - and if you have Prophecies, you'll have a necromancer from Olias.
So, basically, it comes down to what you want two of. You can have two Elementalists, two Necromancers, two Rangers, or you could have two each Elementalists and Necromancers at the cost of no Rangers (although I think that cost is too high).
The real gimme, unless you're playing a Mesmer yourself, is Norgu over Goren.

I object to the fact that all the hero Warriors and Necros are dudes. That "waffle-iron accident" Olias could've been Eve's smexy sister or something...

By the way... do you realize that Healbot Tactics 101 (my fav, btw) is no longer a joke -- it's a true picture of the current AI after the fix of 30/10/06?
Labsenpai, you are a prophet!

I'm choosing Souseke with a few of my characters. But every character who chooses Souseke also chooses Margrid later in the storyline. (In fact, with one character I'm playing through with a friend, I waited until after we decided on Margrid before going back and picking him up.)
Rangers are just too useful to not have at least one in your stable.

i chose sousuke, an elementalists damage output is just more useful earlier on than a shutdown.

being a ranger myself, I have never used a hero ranger, outside of the missions you NEED Magrid in.
And even then she uses were limited compared to other builds and professions.

he technically didn't predict the spell "holy haste". the developers named it that BECAUSE labsenpai said it and its not even a running spell.
but i like how u put the zaishen elementalist in the comic.

Nice and funny, would be nice if I knew what was being said, but by the looks of it, Healbot didnt like the sound of the ingreadiants of that food.

Healbot is either clueless or sickened from the response. I can't tell.

From my interpretation, sickened. And if you opted for Sousuke over Jin, you can always go for Margrid.
