thats a big recharge...why don't we make it 40s?

oh and switch the target magic from domination to divine magic. Finally get rid of those fricken bonders in FA XD

and it needs to be able to 1-hit kill base defenders. can anyone say camp out?

i think base defenders are immune to dmg.
