Crappy Wallpaper I made
I got kinda bored, am I'm still trying to learn Photoshop, so I made this in my extreme boredom. I don't really like it, but I made it wallpaper size, and it has some humor I guess..
If you have some screenies, Post em and some type of style and some text, and I'll try to make a wallpaper... I'm kinda new to this so sorry if you don't like it. This is mostly for practice, and this is free of charge. There's no way I could collect for such invaluable experience... Sry if the Img is large, I forget how to post the tiny preview thing.. |

perhaps make the ranger a silhouette in front of a light source? (just an idea)

Composition wise, I would say this is actually a pretty good work. Image is well balanced; focus may be somewhat displaced thanks to the text, but you got good balance between the flower and the ranger image and the accented lines compliment the image well.
It's just...not visually appealing. You have good grasps on art concepts, you just need to toy with photoshop more to get better. |

Yea, I'll keep playin' with it, still just tryin' to figure out photoshop...
And since I haven't really tried filter's before, I used them A Lot... |

just takes some practice, i have been manipulating GW screens for a little while now, so i kinda know what you mean, just be careful with the filters.

WOO! After LOTS of playing with the Wallpaper, I came up w/ these two, tell me what you think!
Srry if some of the characters look a bit messy, but rending all of those was very time consuming.. after awhile I just started to do a crappy job, then I used the eraser to clean it up lol... I am not changing the mesmer lol... Comments?... Suggestions?... Like or Dislike?... http:[email protected]/ <-- my gallery (put up the renders I used).. So Far... Edit: made Photos larger.. Good job! I'm not sure what you're talking about on the mesmer, but it looks great to me.
I think the idea you had on the first one was good. I liked the idea of the silhouette with the background sort of the way you had it. You were definately on to something with that. Maybe leave the background as it is, make the ranger more of a silhouette and then color the border and flower (or what ever it was), kind of reverse of the second two. Keep up the good work. You can only get better! |

Sure, I'll play with the other one and see what I can come up with. I kind of like the Black and with. About the mesmer, if you look at her up close (really close) you might find off pixels and whatnot, her mask was crazy hard to clean up... but if it's unnoticeable, then I did my job ^_^ BTW: I threw all the renders I used up on my gallery. |
