Admittedly that's my failing, I rarely bother cooking up new sprites. Even when I do make on from scratch, I often scrap them because they just don't look right. What I make up for in repetition I hope I make up for in frames.
I figure if 8-Bit theatre and others can get away with it, I can just let that area slide for now.
-----------------------------
Edit 10/06/06: Ok, it's come summer, so like at easter I'm headed home for a bit. If I can, I'll try to still get some comics to you, but for the most part it's all on hold again. Have a good summer everyone. It will continue when I return...

I don't know about anyone else, but I tend to think of 'hunting' as something a little less repetitive.
Capturing elite skills is hunting. You hunt down the boss with the elite you want, kill'em, take the skill. Even if you then repeat the process with another character, you're probably not doing it so many times that it becomes repetitive.
Farming, the way I understand it, involves a lot of repitition - find something you know you can handle, and do it over and over again, in a process that could be compared to the repetitive tasks required to maintain a farm. By contrast, however, I expect that hunting is going to be different each time - real, wild animals tend to be less predictible than AI enemies.

She's not an E/Mo, right? If she is an E/Mo, why not have her do those emo incantantions to restore the Monk? ROFLMAO

I've been waiting for so long for a new comic. How does he send these to you if he doesn't have internet?

I think he does have acces to internet from time to time, though on a shabby computer with a dail up modem. Not quite sure, but I think he said something like that on Guild chat. Anyway, we're all waiting in the hopes of getting a new comic. I'll ask Blackheart if he has spoken to Griphyne and knows any more about the comic.

I'm back bearing a couple of gifts. I know it isn't much, but that's what comes of me taking a break. There's a 29th one on its way, so consider the comic officially recontinued.
For the people who were confused, I do have an internet connection back at my family's home, but the amount of times I can get on are few and far between. When I do it's almost impossible to upload anything to our server due to it's stupidly ancient connection. Add that to a thunder storm taking hitting the phone line just outside our house and leaving us without that for a month and you have the reason I stalled giving Blackheart the last two comics. It sounds a bit far fetched, but the truth often is.
I just hope these two make up a little for my absence.

Yay you’re back!
It’s been so long since I’ve read the last one... 2 months!
And the two new ones are funny as usual.
hehe... "...you could just kill Drinjino for me."
Glad to see it being continued. Keep up the great work!

Monk and E/Mo with a problem. Makes me wonder if that ship will either find Cantha or even Elona.

I do try and keep my rambling to a minimum, but it's a fair point. Recently some of them have become more text heavy as I try to put more things into each of them. I'm an English student, so it the elongation seems to just happen naturally .
I'll do my utmost to keep the rambling shorter.
And thanks to everyone for the welcome back. I'll get Ep.29 done this weekend for you.
