My Photoshopped Guild Wars Characters Thread (56k Warning)
Over the past several days, I have been in the process of moving my characters outside of the game into Photoshop. I would like to share some of the things I have created. Below are
- Renders (including custom renders) of all my characters which you are very welcome to take for your own use
- Wallpapers (for showing purposes, they are one size only)
- Other Pictures (which include my renders)
I know the things I have created can be improved but this is how far I have gotten so far. Some of my cutting out can be improved but at the moment I can't be bothered to fix minor problems lol.
If you would like to suggestion improvements then please say. If you would like to have a go at adding custom clothes to your characters than go ahead and post them in this thread. I have added lighting and shadows to the beach picture but have not done so in the club picture.
Below are URL links (pictures too large to post with IMG tags)
Wallpaper All
Wallpaper Paragon
Wallpaper Mesmer
Wallpaper Dervish
Wallpaper Monk
What do you think? I have done this for learning purposes and a new experience.

Thanks for the comment
I've had a few PM's from people asking me if they would create pictures like mine for their characters... is this something people would be interested in? Does anyone have photoshop skills and think they can do this themselves? If so, lets see your work.

Since it takes several hours to create just one character this is something I would not like to do often but I've already create a swimsuit and clubwear picture for a member's character already which I may post on here to show you all later.

hehe, a little small but that's great! Well done for trying, looks great.
Anyone else care to have a go? I want to see someone with really good Photoshop skills do a better job than myself so I can learn in the process.

You should put more effort in and take a close up screenshot and try harder, the talent is there within you but good work on your existing one.
I got a PM off someone who wanted their Mesmer worked on, here is what I did...
Person paid me 40k for it which was nice. I still would like to see other people do the same thing I've done, I want to learn.

Yeah, it's fun and all, but not very entertaining.. I figured I'd do it once, and not make my life revolve around it.. It's an interesting idea though..

Yep, you had a go and it was a good attempt. Did you learn anything new from doing this?
Are you saying my life revolves around this because it doesn't. I did this as a challenge to myself to see what I can do.

So thats how you did it? I did it a different way, I used the free transform tool and used the warp function to wrap the clothes around the body. I also used the perspective and scale tool for resizing.
