Your work looks fantastic.
I haven't posted on these boards in ages, but you just convinced me to keep a closer eye on this section. I'm a fan of black-and-white over color as well, and I'm always impressed when an artist can transcend the loss of a spectrum to create a gorgeous piece. You did it. Commissions, pweez.
Seriously, outstanding art. Keep it up!

New pic on front page =) It's a commission for Shan, finished a few days ago.
This level of work is a little too much for me to handle, so I don't know if I should open up for commissions. It'd be a little disappointing to start and be physically unable to meet everybody's requests (assuming you guys want the full painting). I might start a commissions thread anyway, and just take it slow. What do you guys think?

Just start it if you feel like it...a lot of the artists here have commissions and they're going slow and easy (just like me, haven't been updating for a long long time due to busy life)...just because all of us here understand that we all have a life too!! hehe...

You're welcome to open up the thread, and take as many or as little as you want at a time. I'm sure everyone here doesnt mind waiting for great work and would still follow you even if its 6 months down the road. heh

Yay I love the comission you did for me Sab, it was really fast too. I've kinda gotten used to waiting for months but you had a sketch ready in hours and it was done in a matter of days.
Now I know any future comissions you do may not be as fast, but it was great to chat and work with you, and I wish you well in the future.
Thanks so much.

I'm a seeker of art, as many, and not to ruin anyone elses parade, but if you are intending to take it slow, good luck. You will get zerged with requests, so my advice to you: plan low.

The decision to open for commissions is totally yours.
If you decide to accept commissions, one option is to set a maximum per week or some cap that will allow you to produce quality art and allot you the spare time you deserve and require.
If at any point you feel rushed, pressured or unable to keep up with the pace of requests, just shut down until you can catch your breath. I think everyone here wants the high quality of art displayed in your samples, and if you're mentally outpaced that won't be possible. It's no one's fault, just an unfortunate reality. With that said, I advise you to take it slow. It's much easier to increase your applicant pool than shrink it, so only draw commissions from a small group initially, such as close friends or guildmates. Remember, this is a game, and we all deserve time to enjoy it!

If you decide to open commissions, I'd like one too. I don't think many people on this forum would mind waiting a while though, so you could take it as slow as you'd like.
