Just got this scanned today, might not be able to color this in time of the contest, and maybe should have spent more time working on this specially on fixing the armor details, scanner also messed up around the bottom, for some reason, ah well..

Was a lil tricky trying to make a lighting effect come from your character's hands

Huh... my submission was supposed to be a speedpainting due to having a huge workload breathing down my neck, but figures that I'd get too attached to it to start working on it more.

Finally just had to stop tinkering with it and go with this:

I'm well aware the background is pretty much different and clashing hues to the figure itself, but I just couldn't find a smart way to fix it. That's what comes from working on the two separately.

Oh, and that's my vision of the Realm of Lyssa... the leaves on the tree are actually small crystals with almost mirror facets.

EDIT: Added a weapon for him. He looked so unbalanced without one.

Raah! Here we go:

The story here is that Geist challenges Lyssa's muse to prove his power and Lyssa's muse summons the bansheelike avatar of Lyssa(the muse itself, not the dervish avatar) with whom he faces off. He is actually using the avatar's own powers against her by draining it from her. So this is all in the Realm of Lyssa.

Btw I did just not pull this off my head just now. I actually started doing it weeks ago but dammit I have been a bit busy and ended up having to rush the coloring to finish for the deadline. :P

Wow, I didn't even notice that there were other finns besides Nian and I. It came as a total surprise.
