I attempted to do sketch around that them a few time... but just seem to find it "lacking". Maybe its just personal perfernce, but I found the theme not having alot of "impressiveness" as that of European or Asian, atleast in Warrior's armor department.
So interested to see what would the A.net take on it. Also other creative concept armor.

I havn't seen any monks so I though I'd contribute. Personally, I'd like to see some sort of simple "saint" type robe or something. With a few unique twists, ofcourse.

Yeah that monk armor is kick-ass. I never really did like many of the monk armors. To me they just look silly. Just go back and fix the nose...hehe. I'll post another warrior armor set idea. It's a valkyrie/gladiator idea I'm doing as an art comission (my first) so it'll look really nice. I'll just be posting the sketch so...
EDIT: Ok, here it is in all it's sketched-out glory. The actual piece will have ink, color, and a bg.

Hey, thank y'all for your positive coments. I can come up with more designs as this "sketch" only took 8 hours . I'll have to make some time in my schedule to do that though as I'm designing two web sites, trying to find work, attending college in the fall and spring semesters, working on a web comic, finishing the art piece I posted in this thread, getting ready for a week-long competition/convention, and helping my dad fix the damage on the garage as well as paint it...That's a lot of stuff.

Hey, its a great armor idea and a pretty good drawing, but don't let it put a damper on your life. We can wait
Oh, and, Gaile, I want the sword too ^_^
The outfit is much better than 15k Gladiators, in my opinion (though I do see some inspiration from it ). If there is any armor I would change my Glads for, it would be that.

Now THAT's a compliment and a half. Thank you so much. Who knows, maybe I can get a job with A-net...nah, I'm not a pro, but I can always hope.

heres mine, i had so little ideas and this was the best of it, so it probably erm... sucks
id call it arctic armor or something like that.

*Drools*
I would sell my brothers for that armour, but then again that ain't saying much
Nah thats awsome, I love the animal heads that are on it and the general layout of the armour. He looks like a swordmaster or a fencer in heavy armour. He seems so calm and cool and it feels like he could decapitate you at any moment. Good job.

heres a couple sketches i made in the car yesterday.
there are two versions, male and female, of a monk armor, and the upper left one is a simple dress-type female ranger one.

Well they're extremely impressive i'll give you that, but look at these and then look at the factions starter armour. I just dont think they're different enough, more like pimped out versions of current armour sets.
i mean look at the ranger boots, they have the exact same little cone-type thingies on them as the factions starter boots.
Great drawings, but not really anything new.
