Yeah, it's pretty bad :\ it needs better shading and more realistic proportions (btw, monks have the flattest chests in the game besides sins)

Pretty bad? Well, I just trying some manga-style.
And I want it as upviewing sight, though not successed.
GW is dying cuz ppl just play stupid gimmicky builds and thinks they're leet.
Being a grim criticist is very easy, just like those overpowered lame spikes.
Whatever, maybe u can show us some more "realistic" monk you've done.
I paid much effort on this work.
Thanks very much, I lost all my passion on GW fanart working.

Welcome to the internet, kid. Whining if people criticise you will not earn you sympathy, it's pathetic.
Picture-wise, you will not get better if you don't listen to criticism. You asked for "advices," and IcyFiftyFive suggested you worked on proportions and shading.
The first thing you need to do is work on anatomy. Forgive me for saying this, but I get the distinct impression you drew the breasts first, put a great deal of effort into making it revealing and erotic, and then added the rest of the body as an afterthought.
Start with essentially a stick-figure, or even just a single line that shows the pose/movement and go from there. Illustrate joints with circles.
Then, and only then, flesh out the body, working out how muscles deform and twist through trial and error.
Then you can start to add detail/clothing, once you have the basic framework working.
Don't even think about CGing it until you've got at least a basic sketch working.
Note: the sketches above are about a year old, from when my brother asked me to draw an LEPrecon soldier from the Artemis Fowl books. It's not meant to be good, or even anatomically correct - just advice as to how to start anatomy. Feel free to correct me.

ouch, someone hit a raw nerve?
the advice given by true flight is very good, working on the entirety of the body rather than just a few sections and linking them in helps also, an idea of proportion and fluid lines helps this.

Oh, out of curiosity, I decided to browse your deviantArt gallery, and found that your link to your own website was this:
http://forum.hentaipalm.com/showthread.php?t=38472
Against my better judgment, I followed it, and even made an account under a false email address to view your "pictures."
I pity your poor, juvenile and pathetic little mind. Subject matter aside, from an objective standpoint your work is laughably poor. The abysmal anatomy makes the rape scenes about as erotic as a four-month-old corpse, just so you know.
If your "passion for GW fan art" has been neutered, GOOD.
My advice - take a long, cold shower, try drawing women and focusing on something other than their genitalia, and maybe go outside and meet a real, breathing woman.
If anyone else wants a good laugh, this links to one of the imbecile's "artworks." Be warned, it is NSFW. I hope any mods reading this post will not ban me for putting this link in - feel free to remove it if it breaks any rules.

Wow...But then again should have known, there's weirdos out there who try to make EVERYTHING erotic, I shouldn't have been surprised.
Force, I think you do need help but not at drawing...

Well, thanks for these prof advise.
I don't have any art background.
All of these just started 3 weeks ago (included trying ink work).
How could this monk cg be better than those adepts?
It's my fault post this sux work here.
I was wrong, I thinks guru addicts will be kind to novice.
Yep, I'm a pathetic otaku, but as well a big gw fan.
It's pretty hard for a pathetic guy with serious atopic dermatitis do something as "touch real women." Well , it's uncureable genetic disease.
I dont think it's ultra crime drawing something erotic.
Do you think all GW enemys are "Lawful Good" or something?
I know I'm really bad at sketch.
But I dont know why you dig out other bad pic and make fun of these?
It's really fun laughing to someone bad at drawing just like you call those new players noobs all the day?
And sorry if I've mistaken some words meaning, cuz my native language isnt English.

I was just going to avoid posting in this thread. But this line here made me consider otherwise.
You expect people to be kind to you, but in your other posts you are a complete a-hole to others. Hypocrite much? This is the internet, only about 5% of the community is nice, and even they have their limits and will insult people when they deserve it. Note: I am not making fun of you, and I am not saying you deserve to be bullied. What I am saying is "Don't look for or expect sympathy from others.

I had not been to Posemaniacs before, and I feel like I got more accomplished in 10 minutes on that site than a semester in my Life Drawing class.
Do that ^ It's fun and will give you a whole new mental catalog of possibilities for drawings.
