Did I see shield bash with a hammer? O_o Or am I messing up the skill icons...

Yeah,you saw Shield Bash followed by Crushing Blow.
If you look at it better you will notice I weapon swaped to defense set (axe+shield) then back to hammer

I thought thats what the second set mighta been. I couldn't see it very well.

I'm too lazy to weapon swap like that, but i DO weapon swap for certain things, elemental for warriors, physical/zelous or vamperic for everything else depending on the situation.
