Mm'k. I joined this forum so I could find in-game roleplayers as I'd rather write my own that play through the Guild Wars storyline again, (as fun as it was), or farming and working on my main's titles all the time and I don't want to leave my guild.
I want to find some enthusiastic people to role-play with, but also, I haven't decided on a storyline. I don't want to dominate the storyline because not everyone wants the same sort of story as I do.
So, getting to the point, I thought that maybe the people who join the roleplay should decide on the storyline. So, post your ideas on here and I'll decide on a final few and the people who want to join can vote on it. I may add a few myself BUT, if I do this the people who intend to vote should decide whether it should be one of the finalists. As it'd be unfair for me to do so.
Requirements and rules:

Make it after the events of the actual series.
Make it work with the technology etc in Guild Wars.
We DO have imaginations so if you want to, you can make your character a race other than human. But make sure people are aware of this.
After we decide on a storyline I'll make a character sheet, remember to post it on here if you want to join.
We'll, probably, be looking for antagonists and protagonists, so, if possible could someone invite the players to a GH for a good vs evil fight? I'll pay for the invites.
Try to use good grammar and spelling. And remember: Nobody's perfect.
When we agree on a storyline, I'll post a weekly(?) summary of events which have and will take place.
Sorry, but I don't want anybody to be one of the people who saved the world, it makes things more complicated. You can be related to them etc, though. Unless it's part of your storyline.
Your story doesn't have to comply with what Anet has posted about the years in between GW 1 and 2.

8 years after the Great Destroyer was slain and peace was returned to Tyria, a powerful Demon was seen in Cantha, preying on any who came close. The Demon almost resembled a giant Blood Drinker and quickly lay eggs in Bukdek Byway. Those eggs hatched, and all sorts of creatures’ lookalikes were spawned. Drakes, Mandragors, even Tengus but all a lustre black colour. They quickly overthrew the Canthan Empire, and many high-ranking Canthans joined the Demons, spreading over the Jade Sea and through Echovald, a hundred times quicker than the Plague a decade ago.
The Order of Whispers travelled the Cantha, with the Zaishen warriors and fought with the remaining Kurzicks, Luxons and Canthans, finding safety inside the Harvest Temple with Kuunavang. Then the Demons spread to Elona and Kryta. The plague quickly spread and the refugees quickly escaped into the Crystal Desert and the Far Shiverpeaks, with the help of the remaining Dwarves. The Canthans who now worship the Demons and the White Mantle quickly allied and are now fighting the Order of Whispers and Zaishen in Cantha, who are trying to destroy the Queen. The Shining Blade followed the refugees into the Shiverpeaks and are aiding and bringing food for them.
The Demons are beginning to advance on the Shiverpeaks and the Crystal Desert.
