Midnight Harmony, that's very beautiful! I'd say you're very good at Photoshop. Good job and good luck!
Good luck to all other contestants as well!

Reason: small fixes in image: positioned box text better, and removed the "The" from "The 2009"

Ascalon Royal Masquerade Ball 2009 Poster
The Endurance of Guild Wars is because of the beautiful content and it is a place where people from all over the world come to have fun.
My Guild and Alliance Monk friends have kindly gathered and allowed me to photograph them for the Ascalon Royal Masquerade Ball poster.
I wanted to illustrate another reason Guild Wars endures, it is the people making friendships while playing the game.
I have a series of Monk posters for the Ascalon Royal Masquerade Ball. I realize that only one poster can be entered and I chose to show the montage of my friends.
Some of the dancing Monk posters are aesthetically pleasing, so I have provided a link for those also. I’ll see you at Serenity Temple on Sunday.

Do you have to use text mod? Or could one just draw and upload by late tomorrow night?

Blimey!
This contest really hit off
I tell you, it will take me and the judges all day to choose the winners!
(Im half tempted to cut the 4th place to 8th place 20k's to 10k's and have more winners)
Anyway one day left before the contest closes!

I was looking for ideas and came across a cover of PC Gamer with a Dervish on the cover,
so I thought it would be cool to make my own version ^^;
After having fun making that, I realised it had nothing to do with... well, anything.
So I came up with this idea:
I'm kinda embarrased about posting it but I'd rather regret posting it than not doing so >.<
(If you want the original .psd I can PM you it, but it's rather large ...and messy)

Good poster! It seems to have all the required elements and I am happy you posted it. It made me laugh.

Shame I only found this thread today, and the deadline is today. I'm a graphic designer in the design industry and would have enjoyed this challenge. Oh well, perhaps next time!

*Mumbles at work*
Can we still submit today? Finally got time to work on it again and was halfway anyways ~_~
Edit: Hm, it'd be too host-focussed if I continue.
Sorry Daniel, you'll have to keep waiting for that Requiem version of ya :P

11th hour entry!
I was debating whether or not to post this, since I'm pretty much new (or actually really old, haven't been here in like 3 years :\) and it's kinda really late...
But it feels like a waste of effort not to post it... so even if this isn't really on time, hopefully someone will enjoy it. Perhaps.
I had fun drawing it. It's amazing what a pen, some markers, and some white-out + photoshop retouching can do
