I know, school is so annoying when it interferes with my 8 hours of play that keeps the human psyche healthy. 8 hours work, 8 hours play, 8 hours sleep. I have to take out of the sleep for the play D:.

If the contest is the same from last year, you could only send 1.

I'm gunna assume the 30th, or possibly the 31st at the ball.
TBh though I don;t quite get these date - whats the point of designing a poster if you only use it AFTER the event?

1.)To decorate the event page for the event on the wiki.
2.)Gives talented people an exscuse to win money and such.
3.)People looking at this thread will see all the current posters and might just check out the event.

I was finally able to steal some time away from my finals last night. Nearly got confused with this work because I had 20 layers and forgot to name them all.
Well Here is my entry, another mesmer lady ! I was going to do something with a paragon, but I saw the Gwen wallpaper and I thought about the Endurance theme for this year's ball, Gwen did endure alot after the searing, so I went with Gwen instead. The poster is a transparent PNG file, so it will look odd with a completely white background. Now that this is out of the way time to isolate myself on my uni's library and study some super awesome fun Integral Calculus Cheers bros.
Actual size is too big to be posted here.
PM me know if you want the PSD files.
Previous version
-edit-
Added 2 masks and moved them to the background. Too complicated to blend with Gwen's face. I adjusted the eye color in its place.

Hum. Well, I think it's nice, but you should really recolor either it or her outfit - the magenta clashes with the red IMO.

Looks great to me, one of the best so far easily.

I like the mask, however it seems bit "stuck on". I think it could use a little shadowing on the skin at the bottom.especially around the nose.
Fantastic work though

Fires would have been fitting if Gwen was an ele.

I tried the magenta, but the glow disappeared around the dress.

Not that i'm trying to hi-jack your picture - but considered putting the mask somewhere else?
Perhaps behind the text down the bottom right, just that atm its a poster for a Masquerade ball without a mask :P
