Lol. More like "splash some colors and efeX on and see what color it ends up being". You are right though, it would stand out more if the BG was dark. So simple yet elusive(to me) lol. I'll try to remember that with the next one.

As for the black outlines... well /comfort rofl

Yay, more male characters & handsome ones to boot! 'Bout time. 8D Will definitely draw them but it's gonna have to wait 'til next week since I haven't had much time for freebies at work now. But aw man, I put chinchilla on google and first thing that comes up is some dude holding a pile of chinchilla skins.

Going through my folders from years back I realized I used to do cel-shading a WHOLE lot. I need to re-learn this stuff right now.
