Well, the graphics haven't improved at all, at last as I saw it from the brief gameplay part. So a HUGE disappointment there. A share few of glitches from a couple of minutes didn't help either.

However, by far, the biggest letdown was the trailer itself. What the hell? You didn't release anything for more than 2 whole freaking years so we could be blown away when the beta is opened, and then you change your tactics? After two years. So basically what you've just said is: "we got it wrong, we should have done what Blizzard have done the entire time".

One comment. RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO You Anet. Am I going to buy it? Maybe. Will it rock? Probably? But it will only be available in two years or even MORE. I'm in the University at the moment, so I got a whole new perspective about things. All of you that consider me a hater; Guild Wars was great, Anet management sucked. Big time.

All the new guys here will probably be like, "What? you have no clue about Anet's inner considerations. They're gods. They can't be wrong. You Are. Yeah, yeah, you are. Ass!".

See you in two years time, I would love to hear your opinion then, if you were still here that is. Can't wait

I thought the trailer threw alot of new looks out there. All things being equal i liked it alot. The cutscene animation was pretty tight. I love the Asuran characters with their neon blue gear. very cool.

As for mister positive a couple posts up.. you in University now? And that means what? You have been enlightened? lmao.

What? My point missed you completely. Don't you hold on for little things like that. It was a mere explanation for why my sights have changed. It could have easily been replaced by a long vacation or anything of that sort.

From my entire post that's what you took with you? Flame away all you want, you're clearly an angry guy and if that's what releases some of that anger then it's fine with me. Really. Better here on the web than on the news right?

Well, I'm a university student (I also happen to teach college classes btw) and even though it probably has nothing to do with how well you liked the trailer... I can add that I was quite pleased with it. The game-play looks good (from the 30 or seconds we saw) and the story sounds like it could be a lot of fun. I liked the new Rata Sum, though I'm not sure I like the idea of turning the Charr into technocats. (seem like they're ripping off the concept of orcs with that). Overall, my excitement lvl for GW2 has been quite low and now has shot up a bit. Nice trailer.

well i like the trailer good insight.....i dont think they changed any tactics just a little teaser to get people excited again....no more new info on the game till 2010 but maybe another teaser! so im ok with it....and as to the guy up there.....

yes the graphics dont look to have changed....but if they have 2 years (like u say) then they will get better....just like a building....you do not paint before the wall is up....its all a work in progress and the final piece will be magnificent!!!
also Mr./Mrs. Ratson I believe you posting in the same post 1 hour apart just to check it people "flamed" about your post just shows that you still need to go to the university and do some matureing and growing and maybe guildwars 2 will be to late for your newly formed perspective....but for others just leave it be and just answer the question at hand next time.....

I didnt like some of the filming, looked a bit too simple and like a retro film, in a way.

The storyline, graphics, and gameplay look awesome though

And the logo is so sweet
