nostalgic style you've got there, I like it!
I don't agree with Blue about the "taller", it entirely depends what you're going for.
I do think the lower arms and the chin could be a tad smaller though, to balance out a bit.

i retract my taller comment, i think you can get the proportions just by using photoshop, lassoing the head, and making it SLIGHTLY smaller.

No, it's torso length vs leg length that's causing the trouble. Either lasso the waist down and repaste the table and feet or shrink from the waist up. Shrinking the head wouldn't fix it.
But really, you don't need to fix it at all; just be mindful of your next pic gogogo.

Thanks..I realized I made the ears too big on some of them lol.
Haven't done much recently cept for this. I tried to make her resemble a real quetzal, hence the less hawk-like appearance.
