Hi. I've been quietly browsing this forum for some time, and there's rather a lot of great art here! In fact, it's inspired me to pick up the pen again and get serious about improving my artwork for the first time in several years.

To that end, here's the first page of what will hopefully be a 10 page series; Guild Wars, the swimsuit issue.

Now, I've got ideas for monk (which will prolly be next), paragon, ranger and rit, but don't have any good ones for ele, mez, warrior or derv, Any suggestions?

A Dervish lifegaurd (if that hasn't already been taken by the Monk) or 'Avatar of Safety'? Avatar Safety would cause you to implement asinine regulations, like no string-bikinis in case of high-winds or other nonsense.

I don't know, mesmer, Illusion of Caring? Wait a second, I believe there's a site full of quotes people have heard at the beach; I think it's 'Overheard at the Beach', could provide inspiration.

I have an idea for the ele one, when you get around to it... It's not a fully formed idea, but something connecting water magic to surfing would fit the swimsuit/beach theme. Maybe something like "if your target is a big wave, you go aerial for x seconds (50% wipeout chance with water magic 4 or less)"

Some of these are pretty good! I think the Paragon will use the lifeguard gimmick, but I do want to play on avatars somehow for dervies. I really like the 50% chance of wipe-out joke too. I've also gotten a few good ones in PM, including a few good ones for mesmers

I hope to have the monk one up before I leave on holiday on the 23rd but I'm not sure I'll make it. I'm trying to improve my drawing and coloring with each pic and that won't happen if I rush.

GloryFox, wouldn't it be easier to just say it causes "cracked" armor?
