Changed prices again (this time a small change though)

Removed differentiation between Cel Shading and CG (if you pay attention to my latest completed commissions, you can't really tell if they're cel or CG. In fact most of them were supposed to be cel shading, but most look like CG.
Added new shading option in place of Cel Shading and CG - "Shading" - price is an average of Cel and CG (5k more expensive than cel, 5k cheaper than CG)

Verene's commission - I saved it as a transparent .PNG, hence why it may or may not have the same background colour as the forums.

The sketchy (old icon style) will probably be harder since especially for commissions I try not to be too sloppy, and that style relies on being sloppy. xD

I also have a high-res and large version of this icon, but then it'll be over Guru's max filesize >.>
