I think it's platinum, actually, so it's a type of blonde? Some people draw blonde hair with a pink hue, some blue, some yellow...

ya the only pic I was using for reference on the front page seemed to have kinda saturated yellow lighting so that pretty much influenced everything for me :P
I could recreate the toon for myself in game but seeing as though there was the white and blonde hair I just ended up going blonde from lack of differentiation >_>

Although it says white on her wiki page, the color in the picture doesn't look like it at all. My supposition is that she actually redyed it with a makeover, as the color doesn't come from prophecies while the face and hair style does.

The armor colour is one that can no longer be reproduced. That's because they changed the dye system, so you are correct. It's a really rare colour.
