Well, I finally sat down and did it. Here's a work in progress of my entry.

I hope her majesty will forgive me for including a Mesmer in the artwork, but I hope she'll make an exception in this case because of the depiction of the nasty little cretin. If it is absolutely against the rules that even this sort of depiction of a Mesmer can't be in there I'll be happy to change it.

I'd also like to thank Mr. Frozenwind and her Majesty Malafide for finally giving me a really good reason to draw characters completely from scratch. Tis the first time I've done it.

Oh, and sorry; I couldn't resist making it into a poster.

These drawings are all amazing. The Queen is surprised by all this talent. The fleeing mesmer is a nice touch.

It's a good thing Daniel is judging as well, because the Queen's ego is flaring up again. It's good to see the huge amount of prize money will be well spent.
