Default Photoshop A Skill Icon!
You basically just take any skill icon and Photoshop it in any way you would like. Kinda broad, I know, but its just for fun. You can get hi resolution icons at http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/High...on_skill_icons.

Here's two icons in which I added the infamous 4chan smiley just for fun . (Didn't take me very long, so they are bad quality)
