Hi guys,

I'm a Guild Wars video maker, and I've been texmodding for a while. Which brings me here:
I've seen quite some wishes that loading screens should be 'selectable', or something in that way, which brought me to an idea:

Why not Texmod your own loading screen?

Having your favorite band on Heroes Ascent's loading screen..

.. or seeing your favorite pet when traveling to Kamadan?

Pretty much everything is possible

I haven't got a lot to do lately, so I'll make you guys some texmod packages. ^^

1. Pick your loading screens which you want to have texmodded:
- Battle Islands (RA, GtoB)
- Ascalon
- Kryta (LA)
- Istani (Kamadan)
- Kaineng
- Charr Homelands
- Northern Shiverpeaks
- Heroes Ascent
Etc.

2. Post links to the pictures you want to incoporate.
Don't forget to say which picture you want for which area.

3. I'll give you a download link as soon as it's finished.

Do not ask me to paint something, I'm not much of an artist ^^

EDIT: Don't choose pictures that are too small; I have to stretch them, and it'll make them blurry.
The bigger the better

Oh cool, nice idea you have here. Maybe if you're up to it, perhaps also provide a tutorial on how to do this as well?

Oh good idea, I'll make a tutorial tomorrow. It's not that hard to do, it's just a pain to find the right textures.

Well I looked up texmodding on google, and found another topic on some other site, and it tried to infect my comp with trojans o_O so hopefully this will be a little less messy.

.. tho .. it is Canthan New Year this weekend, are you so sure you haven't much to do lately~?

you see .. there's a coupla pics pending, one from Tommy *squee* [and possibly some others ~ shalln't expect anything till muchmuch later tho]
Anyhow, when they are done, later this year, I hope to substitute a few of these for their pics ..
.. depending on their layout of course ~ it would be so cool to see their art everytime Ala goes to certain places :}

I hope I don't seem too greedy, but several of those are by Nolani artists, and I'd love to honour them this way ~

Oh, and a note: Isle of Meditation & Lions Arch are the same, so I've put LA's picture on the loading screen of Rata Sum.

I just don't know exactly where to start, since some may have never even used Texmod. I'll probably post a link to a guide for the basics, and make the rest here
