I'll probably have to sit out this Wintersday contest again. I've got a ton of projects coming up - that's also going to be finals week for me. But we'll see if I can buckle down and get all these lame assignments out of the way during this month.
If I do, then I'd love to jump into another workshop with you folks.

I haven't either. Odd since they usually come before the webpage gets posted.

i agree 100%. if you quit just because you didn't win you have to remember that you didnt lose anything from participating. Everyone learned how to better themselves for future art, and that info isnt something you'd have otherwise.
Plus, everything has something to work on. If you think of it as "What do i need to improve" as opposed to "what do I know" than you're automatically going to do better. In school, for example, if I get 90% on something it's not so much "wow, i got a pretty high mark", its moreso "So i've got 10% away from perfect. what can I do to get that 10% next time".
Did that make anysense or even apply to anything at all? ohwell.
tl;dr: Everyone join the wintersday workshop because it will most deffinatly be even more exciting ^^
besides... my gw2 art book arrived in the mail today
<--Automatic winner. :3

Lol at first it was a small thought in my little mind, but now you people made me worry :P
Edit: @ Death By An Arrow,
Oooh nice,
Carefully flipping the pages like they were made of butterfly wings, smelling the paper and ink when a new page reveals itself, letting your eyes move over every inch of each page, but carefull now, you don't want to look all the greatness away.
Sigh, I remember when my copy arrived

Some of the art I havn't seen before, it makes scream inside my body.

I filled in everything in Word (removed the stripes), tomorrow I will print it, put my signature on it, scan it and mail it back.
Or at least I think that is how it should be done.

I believe you only need to send it if you won a real-life prize, I can't directly recall what you won, but if you only got a mini guard, then you should be fine with emailing, or at least, that's how last years Wintersday art contest went.
