@Frostkisses - there is no time zone mentioned which leaves a lot of leeway. If they use PST then you are safe by several hours.

still mad i forgot to enter the official contest tho. but the 31st is my birthday and i was a little less than sober :P ah well... i can try to improve for next year and hopefully in the first year of GW2 art contest! (one can have dreams cant they? lol)
