Omai Minami, looks great, specially your hands. Very cool. Just I would brighten up the background a bit. Contrast between you is a bit too much now imo.

As far as my title goes. I'm still doubting between 'The greatest snowman ever made' (but this is the precise title of the wintersday quest) and 'Tyria's greatest snowman'. Or just scrapping the whole thing

I can't think up any good titles for it Tommy. All I can do is complain.

My whole household caught some sort of cold this week so don't think I'll get around to a second entry for Workshop, just too tired. Plus I had been thinking of making GW stockings but after the Anet cards got posted that kind of shoots that idea down. >.<

Every time i try to do anything on Adobe, it tells me, You can not perform bla de bla because your scratch disk is full...
In otherwords , they're saying, Ha Ha Ha, you want to adobe on THAT piece of #$!@$ ? Keep dreaming, go buy a new comp!

That basically means that your RAM memory is entirely used by PS, and that photoshop is trying to temporary replace RAM memory with disc space. I recommend to either clean up a little partition where your photoshop is installed or install it on another one, where you have more free hard drive space.

Edit > Preferences > Memory & Image Cache you need to set up how % of the entire amount of RAM you want ps to use. Default is 50%, if your pc isn't strong enough you can set 90% to 95% but that usually means that you can't run anything else beside photoshop.

Edit > Preferences > Plug-Ins & Scratch Disks here you set hard discs for temporary files. 2gb is recommended, but don't set it to use same partition where your OS is installed. (you can set 4 different discs)

If you want to speed up even more your ps, you can delete all of the brushes/patterns/plug-ins/fonts that you don't use.

Charlie suggested that I reveal parts of my final image slowly

So I put it all together into a collage, 2 pics revealed now, 3 to go (couldn't make one pic fit

)

The dates on the ornaments are tentative

EDIT: Penguin, you came the closest to making me think Gwen is nice...

EDIT2: I'll be trying to rework the collage thing too... most definitely do not hold me to those numbers

Never, never quit. Tell your madre that your art will improve by entering the workshops. It always helps to have constructive criticism as it points out where you need to improve. No one in this workshop was an instant fantastic artist; they all went through (and are still going through) a learning process.
