That doesn't sound too bad, a Norn rit with a red nose and three spirits around him I think I'd make the work title pretty well visible then.

Binding Ritual. Create a level 1 ... 8 spirit who dies after 30 ... 70 seconds. Allies within range are not affected by conditions or hexes. When this spirit dies, all allies within range regain all Health and Energy.
Warmth
Binding Ritual. Create a level 1 ... 4 spirit who dies after 20 ... 40 seconds. Cold damage is reduced by 90% for all allies within range and whenever those allies take cold damage, they are healed for 10% of the damage. When this spirit dies, all allies within range stop burning.
Love
Binding Ritual. Create a level 1 ... 9 spirit who dies after 10 ... 26 seconds. All foes within range are unable to attack. All healing within range is doubled. When this spirit dies, all non-spirit creatures within range are healed for 20 ... 60.
Sry, just had to. xD

The finished items I have to work with. Golem may not make the final cut, its just so huge and isn't GW1. Going to dig out the wrapping paper, ribbon, boxes, and tags and see if I can figure out a decent way to display most of this.
@ Tommy. Maybe if the rocks were darker like charcoal it would be more recognizable as being for the snowman eyes.

@Kiya: Heh, everything about mine is GW2. Hope that doesn't make too much of a difference. :/ I wouldn't be too worried about having the golem in it, though, because I remember one of the winners for the Halloween contest having entered a piece with the Shatterer. Everything looks great!
Well, I've finished mine...here it is!

Tommy its lookin neat so far, My only suggestion would be to fix the legs on the monk. She looks like she just got off a horse.. stance is a little too wide.
Shew that was awesome! Gave me goosebumps and everything <3

*drools at Koreena's pillow*
It all looks really amazing Especially the golem and books <3
Maybe you could mix it all up o.O Have gwen wearing the bracelets/necklaces, golem lying on pillow, holding the booze...idk o.O well i'm sure you'll figure out something epic
@Tommy: I agree with Koreena, a darker charcoal black would make it better. You could even go all out and make them look like jet black gems instead of stones =o
@Gemini: Forgot to say, you have the most beautiful voice ever! I love your accent, hehehe awesome video, was actually quite helpful *people gasp*
@Oh_Frustration: You could make the whole thing about spirits o.O Title it, Spirits of Wintersday Cheer Have your red-nosed rit with the reindeer antler headgear from the wintersday a few years back Then a load of spirits (usual blue? red?) with santa hats and candy canes Or maybe have them throwing snowballs...idk It looks awesome in my head, haha
@Al'Zarigus: Haha that is SO the type of thing i would do :P
@Shew: Aw , my sound on this comp doesn't work, i'll listen to it as soon as i go on my brother's laptop I bet it's awesome

Shewmake, just... wow! I love the music, you've managed to put it together so well. Beautiful! <3
Worked on mine a little, just put together some details on the ele:
Decided that I'm not gonna stress about this too much, just gonna paint in the style that comes most naturally right now. So yeah, it'll probably be a mismash of airbrush and harder brushes.

@Perynne, I definitly think you should win for originality. You don't see someone bringing christmas to Africa very often.

@Frost: Ouch lol Been sitting on a horse too long xD I hope it will be a bit more clear in the next WIP, but she is standing on a cornice (correct word?) with one leg, the other is positioned lower, so her left leg is bender. But since norn pants are like Aladin's pants, the curve disappears a bit. Hope my lightning on the next wip (probably tomorrow) will show it better.
And at the colour of the stone, yeah now you say it, it definatly needs to be darker. With this colour it looks more like someone put sand for eyes on the snowman and then pissed on it So darker indeed. Not sure if I want them polished or rough. Polished Onyx sounds nice, thank you all for that :3. also definatly need to fix the hand of the elf, they were a bit rushed.
@Perynne, looking wonderful as always Just her hand (the one you painted already) bothers me a bit, looks like the most visible finger is a pink, though I think it should be a thumb?
@ Shewmake, sounds good, you had me in the first 10 seconds ^^

Thanks for the comments! Yeah, I was trying for originality with my idea. Last year before Wintersday I started thinking that Kamadan is always so prettily decorated for Wintersday even though they wouldn't get snow there at all. So I figured out it probably has something to do with eles working like snow machines... and if they do it there, why not somewhere else? :P
@Tommy's: Yeah, the hand still needs some major fixing. I gave up on it yesterday, figured that I'll work on it later when I can see what needs to be done better.

Finished
I'm terribly sorry that I just don't have the time right now to go through and read what everyone has been saying, I will have to do that later, but I wanted to update that I have submitted my entry to ArenaNet for the official contest, and this is the version that I sent: http://nemesis-of-the-gods.deviantart.com/#/d34jzqn
I am finished with it, I literally can't take trying to tweak it anymore haha.
@Shewmake: THAT SONG IS BEAUTIFUL!
@Koreena: I still adore those skill bar key-chains and bracelets a lot, they're so awesome!
Gotta go for now. Everyone's stuff is lookin' good though!

Hi Everyone,
Some of you know why I couldn't tell here what has been going on.
Today we officially released the news, you can read my statement here: http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/bla...sitemID=150748
As for the workshop, I've completed my project around the beginning of November (before all the above happened), so I'll post the progress pictures (and the finished pics) anyways.
Amazing works so far everyone, I do enjoy looking at your pictures and progresses, keep it up!
I still don't know when I'll be "totally" back, obviously. I wish you all good luck in advance!
