My comic is divided into chapters..right now I'm done doing a rough sketch of the first 3 pages..Might redo one or two of the panels though. *is slow* I blame World of Warcraft.

hahaha, *is slower* :P I thought I would have way more time for drawing and fiction writing with my thesis done, but instead I've been totally obsessed with playing LotRO XD I've forgotten how addictive subscription games are where it's like, 'must play 24/7 to get money's worth.'

I've got sketches for pages 3, 4, 5 on paper, just need to actually draw them in PS XD I've got my sister coming for a visit for her Spring Break for a few days so I probably won't have an update for a week or so

I decided to revisit animated GIFs and step it up a notch by adding a moving background:

This was way harder than I thought it would be

There are a few mistakes I noticed (like arm socket pivet is off) after merging layers together that I now know to be more cautious of if I want to do more GIFS. Also, I couldn't get it to flow smoother since I'm using 48 frames, which seemed to make Photoshop angry at me D:

Anyway, comic is going slow, and I have writer's block, but I had an urge to make an animated GIF so voila

Wow, neato. Sounds like you made this animation through PS - were you using the animation window? Because that thing is a massive pain in the ass when it comes to animating.

I did a small change that I think makes it look smoother:

Charlie, I did this in Photoshop Elements, which is why this turned out to be a lot more annoying than I thought it would be :P I ended up with 48 layers/frames by moving the background bit by bit and then merging them with 48 layers/frames of Aero's monk moving bit by bit and then saving for web as an animated GIF :O I would have LOVED an animation window while doing this!

Well, I'm officially poor since I went on a mini buying spree and picked up 10 new babies for my HoM

(I totally blame this on the awesomeness of Konig and my new 3 WiK minis) So, I decided to try to make a 'kinda commissiony thread' where I draw for some of the minis (the non-crazily expensive ones that is) I need left for my HoM (all on the first post) since I can't afford to buy any more on my own until I get back to farming D:

If you have any extra undedicated minis (that's on my list :P) taking up storage space, feel free to offer one for a drawing

I started collecting the ones I really liked before the calculator went live and stopped once prices shot up, so you'll see that I actually still need some minis from all years to complete my HoM

(BTW, I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to add a prefix while editing the first post. I know I originally had a prefix and found a way to remove it, but I don't see how to put it back on now T_T )

Here's yet another animated GIF attempt. This time I chose IH's Kimi (from the artist database), heavily referencing Magik's version (don't worry, I got her permission to do so first!). I had a helicopter like Magik's in the pre-final version, but there ended up being so much empty space that I just cropped Kimi out. Hope you like it, IH
