13th sounds pretty dandy, I'll be there. Will y'all announce the winners in the thread or in-game?

I will assume both ... after announcing them in game (or on here) it all is down to handing out the prizes, which mostly are ingame items, for which the party is most suited given the winner can come ... else it's a matter of meeting these people on an appointment made by PM ... obviously the party is more fun, because you will also be cheered on while you receive your prize

I'm not sure if I will make the party. My schedule is always iffy. Can someone pick up my prize donation? I'm giving 50k and two Candysmith minis.

No replies here too, it always takes some time before we get the notice.
iirc you get a mail with which names to add to your friendslist and you have to give three dates (which suit you best) for the transfer of the mini's.
But 3 weeks+ is normal for the ingame items.
Also sunday the 13th is fine although I have to work till 10pm GMT+1 after that I'm game!

Oooooooooooh yeah, that's right. Totally forgot that they e-mail you back with that request for a meeting time. Thanks for reminder!
And I'll try to make it to the party with you lovely people. Not sure if I'll have the time - going to get slaughtered with projects for the next couple of weeks.

So if the party starts at 19:00 GMT, then it starts 2:00pm EST time yes? (-5:00) 6 hours would go until 8, so assuming I have an internet connection (with my desktop grounded to my room essentially, and the additional benefit of me getting the worst wifi..) I should be able to hop on sometime around 5:30-6:00 ish

I may be late/having to leave early/not show up at all to that party, as I'm currently at home from the uni, and will be returning to the uni on Sunday.

I have just realised that Kiya gave me a lot of stuff that does not seem to be mentioned in the first post. I think Darcy's 2 candysmiths were unallocated. And I am sure there was some more prizes mentioned in a post somewhere.....*looks in despair at all the pages in the thread*

You're doing a good substitute job. I just wanted to say thank you for doing it ^^
To everyone else; can't you whom donated contact aeronwen to ensure the donation list is correct? Let's hope Verene can come back a little and fill in the blanks at least. I hope her life sorts out.

I'll have all of the judging sorted and everything ready to go by party time. I plan on posting the list at noon tomorrow (or as close to noon as I can be online), since that's when it starts
Also, not all of the goodies were actually allocated to individual prizes. I unexpectedly got more stuff after I originally split things up, and just never actually got around to divvying it up. I'll probably use most of it to pad the current prizes. We can set some aside to use for Wintersday, assuming we do this again, though I definitely cannot do that one.

Yeah those were the "other things I can rustle up before the end". I think last year someone did some trivia to pass out for extra prizes between giving out the workshop awards.
