im having trouble deciding which haircut to leave on... Also, im painting this one completely in ps, i want to see how it will turn out and try to make it as realistic as possible. In case i fail, i'll paint everything from scratch in painter.

im using reference for this, and model on it doesn't wear make-up, she actually looks more innocent, and my version kinda looks... well not like that XD hmmm, maybe i should leave make-up out....

I think even without make-up, she'd still have that "come hither" look to her. Maybe not as much, but it would still be there. It's all in the eyes.
