@Gemini: That is lovely! I'm happy to see it completed regardless of if you made the deadline or not.
@Koreena: The list is lovely in a completely different way than Gemini . It's still hard to pick out 4 people to vote for with all the encouragements and inspirations I got from the last 30+ pages, but at least I now have a list to refer to.

@Gemini I'd just like to point out that Thistle has you in the Finished Entries section of her post with the link to your gallery which contains your completed work. Maybe you are still in?
@Thistle The gallery for K tec girl (aka (Kate)) leads to Photobucket, but is a broken link.

Updated raffle list at the bottom of the post If you don't see your name on the list and didn't get a PM from me saying there's a problem, I didn't receive your ballot D: (but check the post time stamps before panicking!)

You still qualified to vote for "The People's Award" and the raffle, so you can still join in the fun

Although both of you were a wee bit late getting the final entries in, you both have plenty of art in your progress galleries that shows how much you've progressed through the workshop! I'll leave it up to each individual judge to decide whether to count that last entry as 'the last entry' or the one submitted before as 'the last entry.'
I should also point out that everyone who has posted before the workshop deadline is "still in," but dividing the two into finished and unfinished makes it more fun to browse through

And in other news, I took some more looks on the entries and:
@darkpierrot: wow, that papercraft bear is amazing O.O I wish I had your skill! I can hardly fold a crane XD
@Doctor Overlord: I kinda preferred the blue-themed version of your entry better :P
@Thistle: I think it was a good thing to clear out the finished from the unfinished ones ^^

I have been scoring as the workshop went along and making final decisions now.....
Some people who are in the unfinished category none-the-less have high scores for what they have done so far, may I vote for their art pieces?
Ummm why is Unraveled in the unfinished category?

So, while waiting for my kid to get ready for his ski instructor course this morning, I re-read the entire thread.
All of it.
Holy crap.
I just wanted to say good luck to all of us who entered, in one fashion or another. There is a ton of really awesome artists in here, with so many different styles, and I do not envy the judges work one bit.
Speaking of judges, a big "Thank you!" to you all! You have a tough job ahead of you!
Just as importantly, a massive "Thank you!" to everyone who donated prizes!
I'd also like to thank all of you who responded to my posts, both with compliments and critiques. They were both very much appreciated throughout the process. It's great to receive positive feedback, like a nice reassuring hug, to know that I'm doing a good job ... and just as great to receive constructive criticism, to know what I need to work on. This is an awesomely healthy environment for art & I'll have to make a point of participating in these workshops more regularly. If I had access to high speed internet (perhaps I'll manage this in the future), I would have filmed a video of how I "draw" the way I do. I really envy you people who can do line-art, as 9 times out of 10 my attempts at such look like overweight stick figures.
To everyone who entered: I wish you all good luck, I don't think there's a single entry that I didn't like.
.... And the kid is finally ready to go, so I guess that's all I get to write!
