Indeed Warvic, keep trying It's not that I turned you down because I don't like you or your character, I must say I quite like it. It's simply that I don't got the time for it. I'm really swamped in work at the moment, having exams next week, and having multiple requests over guru, dA and life I need to be finishing. I have a another promotional poster request, a real commission to finish, then I'm still working on something for a friend of mine and I would like to participate in Ravenhawks workshop if I get to it. So busy busy busy When thats all cleared up, I still have a collab to finish (looks at Perynne! ) and then I can start thinking about opening up a slot or 2 again on here. I think that would give an estimate of early march at soonest I find it a pitty as well I don't have more time
And like Pery said, you don't need to spend a certain amount of money on it, you can spend less aswell, if the artists would settle for that

@Warvic: Oh I understand. My style seems to be a bit special so it won't suit everyone's taste. I'm flattered that you considered me though. I agree with Perynne though; if you pay a little less you could easily get 2 or 3 nice commissions.
(and I don't think you sound rude; I think you just sound like you know what you want)

Gotten quite ill today (just before my exams, I'm always the best at timing). So went drawing to relax, didn't feel like doing the things I should do, so I started on the idea I had for the workshop of Ravenhawk on dA (don't hope posting wips here disqualifies me, but ah well ). Some holy kid that breaks all laws of relegion I noticed I don't like kids, they have too few curves and muscles. Its all too soft
I prolly won't post any wips the coming time, so try to let this entertain you for the time being

That's a brilliant idea, Tommy's! And yes, that kid is definitely perfect for it with his pose. Very Buddha-esque.
Totally agree that kids are difficult to draw. Also, I hope you feel better soon. Being sick right before exams always sucks... good luck with studying and then taking the exams.

It looks lovely (especially LOVE the splashing sparkling things below the lotuses), but at the same time, he reminds me of the kid from Home Alone

The lotus picture is cool, and the anatomy style looks great. Don't forget to give the neck muscles some TLC too!

Looks like Gem already answered your question.
lol and that quote "in a totally non-sexually threatening way" would be a good substitute for the "- in bed" joke (basically the joke, if I remember it correctly, is to add "in bed" in everything you say).
*instructional tone voice over*
A good thing to do this is to use it in your signatures. Too bad it can't be applied to us lowly members of GWGUru but any other forum venue that allows signatures would make this very effective. Below is an example forum post. The line underneath "----" is the signature.

Hahaha, oh I'm so gonna use that sig on dA. LOL in the literal kind of way atm
And about the true meaning behind non-sexual threatening kind of way. I don't think anyone knows, but charlie. See if I can find that quote, before raping the searchfunction...
...in a non-sexual threatening kind of way.
