Looking for art of my characters
So I've been trying to find people willing to draw art for me but people are busy or no longer doing commissions. I've got over 1000 ectos that I'm not doing anything with, so I'm opening up the floor to people who are looking to pad their virtual wallets a bit.
Long story short, I've got a grand total of 12 characters who I'd like to see some art of. I'm hoping for some group shots, as the one I had done in the past blew me right out of the water (and paid the artist over 4 million in-game gold) but I'll accept individual or duo/trio pics as well, as I know doing 9-12 characters can be quite the chore.
How I think this thread should work is that if you're interested in doing some sort of artwork, either post here or send me a private message with the following:
1) a price rate you think is fair for the work you do (can be a flat rate, or a per-character rate)
2) your idea of what you wanna draw
3) examples of previous work/doodles/sketches/whatever.
Here are the mini profiles I threw together of my characters:
Agate Skyborne
Weapon: Cobalt Staff dyed Red (Red metal bands with lime green staff)
Amber Skyborne
Weapon: Frog Scepter and Celestial Compass
Amethyst Skyborne
Weapon: Suntouched Staff dyed Purple
Diamond Skyborne
Weapon: Bone Dragon Staff dyed White
Emerald Skyborne
Weapon: Dragon Spire Staff dyed Green
Garnet Skyborne
Weapon: Clockwork Scythe dyed Red
Jade Skyborne
Weapon: Moldavite Staff
Onyx Skyborne
Weapon: Ceremonial Spear and Shield of the Lion
Opal Skyborne
Weapon: Law and Order
Ruby Skyborne
Weapon: Emerald Blade and Draconic Aegis
Sapphire Skyborne
Weapon: Voltaic Spear dyed Blue and Celestial Compass
Turquoise Skyborne
Weapon: Crystal Flame Staff dyed Blue+Green
Current received artwork:

Hiya, that's a rather cool post. I also like that you wanna celebrate your characters like that. I'm an artist, but unfortunately work alot of nights. So between that and gaming dont have much time to do much art.
Therefore i wouldnt like to say that i definately would do some. IT's definately the kind of project ive been looking for. Id say i draw more realistic as im all for realism than cartoonish(although that is an awesome picture)
So yeah, dont count on me for anything so keep looking. But is it cool if i maybe start working on something casually at somepoint. I may or may not get it done. But if i do i shall contact you for sure. If you wanna pay by then, then you can, if not then thats cool too

I fall under the category of busy/no longer drawing artists, but I have a question to ask:
Do you absolutely insist on agreeing on a price and set quality/outcome from the start? What I've been doing recently with people who want art and ask nicely is drawing first and asking in good faith for them to pay what it's worth at the end. That means I don't have to burn myself out trying to produce a specific end product and makes the prospect of drawing quite a bit more tolerable.
As far as group shots I'm not really the person to go to for that, especially for realistic/anime work. It's time and energy consuming, neither of which I have much to spare these days. I could possibly do a group shot of up to 9 if it's in this style. Bearing in mind that those examples are several months old and my style has changed a bit since then. The 9 chibis were a group commission that was paid in 2 full DoA HM runs plus 3 or 4 armbraces.

I have no pre-conceived notions about what art style I'm expecting. I know artists have different styles and im interested in seeing the inspiration my characters can bring to them. Im more than happy to pay for any art I receive, but I also want to protect myself from people doing half-assed jobs in anticipation of getting overpaid for them.
I ask to see examples first so I can have an idea of what to expect. Nothing more.

I remember that one Hydra, it was posted in Nolani. I asked at the time whether it was a guild group or one person's chars. It is great to see the chars that inspired it, and I must say I love the names.
I do hope we get to see the new picture when it is done.

Hello,
I'm very interested in this offer of yours (since I'm rather short on gold and time to play to get it ). I mainly work with pencils, but I am able to use other medium too if required (NOT digital though). Sometimes I might I sprain my brain or just get seriously carried away, well, then theres no way to tell what's going to happen. Just ask for a joker card.
Here's some examples, the gallery is not really up to date, but the lates works there will do just nicely. http://deryllithe.deviantart.com/
Price can be discussed afterwards depending on how happy you are with the result (and how much blood I shed for it).
Let me hear if you are interested.
[EDIT] My choise would be to portray Onyx with her raven, but that can be discussed.

You're awesome and I'm seriously considering this! I would like to handle a few simpler commissions I have at the moment, but I'm very interested

Hey! So I'm definitely interested in drawing for you! (I was thinking maybe Turquoise Skyborne and Agate?)
Here's where you can find examples of my work http://kalinotora.deviantart.com/
but I was specifically told by my friend (slyslayer) to show this piece. http://kalinotora.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d4fv0n0
Let me know if you're interested?
