I think it was Tommy who encouraged me to give some background info on my toon. I've never really done character stories, but it seemed like some innocent fun. Wall of text incoming.

Anyways, work on the Asura is underway. I'll get more work done on it later in the weekend since I've got a few class assignments to take care of.

A rough estimate? Um, maybe 48 hours if I had worked non-stop. A bit hard to keep track of all my hours since I work at weird times.

@Del: I'm a little confused by your question. The Afflicted were always present on Shing Jea once Shiro reappears.

Oh, I think it's the time line you've got switched around. You're talking about the first time Shiro was defeated at the Harvest Temple, right?

The bit I wrote is during Shiro's second appearance when it's implied he returned during the cut-scene at Zen Daijun and the Afflicted presence all throughout the island.

i know, just wondering why he appeared in shing jea when he returned. keep in mind i've skipped every cinematic in the game. ~__~

The background story never says that Shiro appears specifically on Shing Jea, except for his own personal minions. Where it says that he "returns" or "first appearance since the start of the New Year", that suggests that he's in an unknown location somewhere in Cantha.

I think I'll take one more character to cap the waitlist at six. At the moment, current favor is leaning towards either Tuna or Invertation.

Once I finish three characters from the list of six, I'll go ahead and start looking for new characters again.
