Hello, my name is Rochelle, otherwise known on the webs as Bebecoke. I'm an experienced MMO player of about 10 years or so (started with FFXI). Most recently, I've dumped my time into Guild Wars 2, from BWE1 until about around March of 2013, with a staggeringly lifeless total of about 2000 hours played in that time.

I've since grown sick of Guild Wars 2, and Arena Net's direction with it, and often hear from my guildie friends about how much better Guild Wars 1 was, how Arena Net has strayed from the franchise and turned it upside down. One Steam purchase later and I'm ready to find that out for myself.

Project Guild Wars will be my attempt to play through the entirety of Guild Wars 1, 200% BLIND.

"200% blind" involves:
- First time playing through the game, EVER.
- Accepting no help from anyone, unless the specific content is literally impossible without a group.
- Not looking up guides, walkthroughs, videos, or anything else that might help me.
- Not looking at the forums, having zero information about each profession other than what I learn in-game through trial and error.

This project will NOT include:
- Commentary. Sorry if you like that, but I feel like I'll get more out of the game if I don't have to worry about pretending to talk to someone while playing through it. Also, I'm pretty boring, so this is a favor to anyone who decides to watch.
- Perfect gameplay. I have never played Guild Wars 1 before, though I have been hardcore into Guild Wars 2 in the past. I will make mistakes, and if the things I do or don't do make you angry, don't make a comment about it or you will be blocked.
- 100% completion. I will attempt to complete every quest that I manage to find, but I will NOT be able to find everything! Again, I am not consulting any resource outside of the game. This includes comments on my videos!

*** The videos will be slow, the progress through the game will be slow. I will read all the quest text and not skip any cutscenes. If this makes you angry or strokes your impatient elitist nerves, go watch someone else's videos. ****

You're probably thinking, "I've played Guild Wars for 8 years, why the hell would I bother watching some newb play through it? So I can yell at the screen and get mad?"

Well, you're right. You probably shouldn't watch me if it will bore you. But anyone else who is interested in tagging along on my journey and remembering what it was like to go through this game for the very first time, then come along

The most fun you'll ever have is when you're a newb, and you're only a newb once.

That was fun to watch. It certainly makes me want to start up a new char and play through proph all over again.

I really would like to hear what you are thinking and why you make certain decisions as you go though. Won't you reconsider a commentary?
