Wondering if there are any active roleplayers around... I have a baby Necromancer, still pre-searing but I'd like to know if there are any roleplay perspectives around!

Hi there. As a seasoned roleplayer (WoW for about two months of medium/heavy roleplaying and LOTRO for about two or three weeks of medium/heavy roleplaying) it would be awesome to rekindle my love for this game with roleplaying. I have plenty of experience with roleplaying and I will random RP with anyone. If you have a RP guild, please invite Aidin Swiftarrow when you see me on. If there is a big enough community, I could probably be an officer in a guild.

I'll start creating a backstory for Aidin and I'll definitely add some of you guys to my friends list and see if we can go about making a little RP group.

Well, my RP guild (Island of Pashar [Ruah]) is still recruiting. We currently have about six people on daily and another eight who aren't so active. I must warn you though, Ruah's a tough guild to get into. We're happy to RP with outsiders though, and we're not the only roleplaying guild still around-- try checking the Guild Wars Wiki if you're hunting still. Hey everyone. I'm a mature MMO gamer looking for a good, well established roleplaying guild. I'm currently playing a Warrior/Monk who is lvl 8.

I've played MMOs since UO and before with MUDs.

So I just got a new charaslot and rolled up a sin to play Factions for nostalgia - doing all of the mishes with at least one other party member - and somewhere in there I actually worked out her character pretty well.

So if anybody is interested in accompanying - for a single leg of the journey or for much of the campaign - a thrill-seeking assassin who happens to be helping save the world, add Nanami Kasahara.

Well, it seems that despite the fact we aren't allowed to post guild ads, a few have, so I suppose I will join in. If this is a problem, I will gladly change it.

Allow me to introduce The Legion a heavy roleplaying guild for Guild Wars and, eventually, Guild Wars 2. A few bullet points that states the meat of what makes the Legion special:

* Heavy RP - It's not a Tag. It's a Philosophy When you join the Legion, you are banding with guys that love RP. RP is why we formed the guild. We put RP first before everything else. We game to be sure, but we think RP is the heart of any MMO experience. Expect RP events every week, as well as an active guild chat.

* Choices with Consequences Drawing influences from tabletop roleplaying games, your RP affects the story. You can expect your GMs and officers to be taking notes of things your characters do that could lead to interesting narratives. We think this adds a layer of depth to the guild's roleplaying.

* An Evolving, Emotional Narrative Influenced by Your Decisions Our events are not just a bunch of randomly thought up stories that do not have any influence on the story. Each and every event has an impact on the narrative, and it is evolved by the choices your characters make.

I can be usually online US night time. (US Central Time to be exact).

Reason I asked is that I kinda want to get together with other RPers maybe arrange a Wintersday RP party next month, I just don't think there's enough people so if there's an interest , let me know. (that goes for everyone). I got some gold to spare too to buy party stuff.

This is just an idea at the top of my head, I haven't even asked my (rather inactive) guildmates. I dont see this as a guild activity considering how few we are so with what's looking to be a low number of RPers in game atm, might as well arrange something bigger than a guild party but for the whole community in general

I've been on GW for 6 years and am still on fairly regularly. I'd love to do an RP guild or group or anything. In game name is Alen Morse. I may have come a bit late to this, but I'm still up for it if there's anyone still out there.
