I just have a couple of random thoughts on all of this. First off this is my first MMORPG that i have played and the reason for that is, there is no monthly fee. I am 33, married and have 3 kids. I have been playing games since the atari 2600 days and I won't and never will pay a monthly fee to play a game, I don't see the point and i think GW has the right idea about how to update this game and still keep it succsessful.
ANYWAY, as far as immature people playing the game i don't think that problem will ever go away, it seems to be everywhere and will continue to be everywhere no matter what game your playing. I just came from the BFME ladders and CW and that game was filled with the same thing. Most of the time I will just not pay attention to the rablings of people in towns, and i will do most quests with henchman but i also have joined groups and like everyone has said you get the occasional goofball that runs around getting the rest of the group into more fights than they would wish. But hey that is the chance you take.
What i think will weed out the goofballs is TIME, if anything is a constant it is bordom, once the newest game comes out where they can get there fix by ticking off other people or getting the best weapons in the game they will move on, and the better "mature" longtime gamers will be left. I think alot of these gamers that are aggravating the other players are rushing through this game trying to get to lvl 20, getting the best armor, weapons, and dyes, and or trying to get all the sigils they can all in the shortest amount of time. They aren't looking around to "smell the flowers" if you will.
So let them have their fun because soon enough they will be gone and the true gamers will be left.
Sorry if this rambled abit or didn't flow, but i am typing this at work and got interrupted a few times. (THE NERVE!!! bothering me while i'm on the forums at work!!!)

That's how I feel everyday
But I do agree with you, just give it time, ignore them, have fun with them, eventually they will either get out of that phase or move on to other things...like girls I hope.

no matter what game, theres always going to be people that seem set out to disrupt peoples game, best just to ignore them, all you can do really.

I find that anytime I don't want to deal with it, I can always just grab a hench party and go do things solo for a little while.
Parties can be really awesome, completely idiotic, or anywhere in between. And, you know, sometimes I'm in the mood for a little idiocy. I've had a lot of fun because anytime I decide I'd rather not put up with it, I don't have to.
Last night, I got a huge kick out of watching our stupid elementalist get attacked by 6-9 hydra at the same time. Usually he brought them back to us and got us all killed, and I thought it was hilarious.
The night before that, I would have wanted to kill him, so I played with my henchmen.
