No what's sad is when you have Dominoe's, Little Ceasars, Bennigans, Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, etc etc in your cell phone.
That's what's sad.
Anyhow I wonder what THE best pizza in the world is? It's a shame we can't sample them all lol.
As for me, I've never been to a sit down pizzaria. I live in a small town and whenever we visit large cities we always eat at fancy places so pizza is not an option
Edit: By the way College Station isn't really a small town but I don't technically live there yet, going up there in the fall. Maybe they'll have a pizza place such as I desire.
But I do remember the Crystal Palace in Disneyworld (no idea if it's still there, I hope it is though, awesome place) had a freakin AWESOME pizza. It was like hamburger, pineapple, and pepperoni with a stuffed crust of cheddar and mozarella cheese.
Oooh that was good pizza.

You could replace pizza and that sentance with just about anything, and it would still be true. (try "hookers")
The real measure of a pie shop is their pizza margherita. Plain cheese pizza to you Domino's eaters. If they can't do this right, then piling stuff on top of it is just going to make it filling not more edible. When done right, it's not this sea of packaged cheese across a disc of cardboard covered in spaghetti sauce from a jar; rather it's a slow simmered homemade sauce from a secret family recipe, scattered with fresh velvety mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves. Done right it can reduce a man to tears. You CAN fall in love with food. I mean a deep, meaningful, loving relationship. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene!
I have eaten in a hundred slice shops all over the city over the years, and some exceptionally good sit-down ones (Lombardi's is in my delivery range, take that Papa Johns!) but ask anyone whose opinion matters in The City where the best pie is: DiFara's Pizza in Midwood, Brooklyn. NYC takes it's pie seriously. Chicago is probably the only place that understands the proper attention and respect pizza deserves, even though it's nothing like the pies we got goin' on here.
Bored of GWG? Go make yourself hungry.

There was a pizza joint on the boardwalk in Seaside Heights N.J. next to the arcade that had the best pizza I've ever eaten. I've since moved to Colorado (7 years now I think being here) and for the love of God, please someone mail me some pork roll!!

I wonder which pizza company treats its workers better: Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc. Anyway when ordering, make sure to be as polite and patient as you can.
The happier the employees are the less likely they will "mess" around with the food they serve to the public. Oh, the stories I've heard from some workers of fast food establishments... *eyes wince*

I think my favorite "flavor" of pizza is an Italian-style BBQ Chicken Pizza. I had it first at Olive Garden, and have had many others places' over the years.
It's still one of my favorite kinds of pizza to order. Chicken, scallions, cheese, bar-b-que sauce...mmm....
