Who cares...? You're a drama queen, it's just a stupid emote, leave GW for all they care, you've already given Anet all the money they'll ever get from you.

owch, dont tell me they took the/dance comand out now?
(yeah, Garra, I am one of those people who have never seen the little kicks dance till i got to guild wars heheh)
yeah, the male ele's dance is a bit strange, to those of us that didnt know who they were taking the michael our of..but hey, it beats the teenage shuffle (the dance he tells the guy to stick with in Hitch lol)
as to the femail ele's....if they took out the boob waving, it would just be a proper hawayan welcome dance, i think. i mean, she even does the hand movements ^^
and, jpke and satyre aside, if they made everyone dance in a old fasheoned or fantasy style way, we would all be leaping about baging drums and acting like romans at an orgy ! (most of the dances from before their time were fertility or hunt dances, do its ether shaking your sexual booty or hunting some poor sap in a deer outfit)
or, swaning about in a rather styalised court dance way...i can see EVERYONE enjoying a nice formal round of french style Court dancing...NOT
just so ya know....*evil grin*

You are quite welcome! I am surprised how many people haven't seen the show. Then again that tells me how old someone is. I watched it from the begining (1990) before it became popular. Add that to some of the age group here and you will know why they never seen or understand Seinfeld humor. The developers had to have fun that day deciding on what dances to use for the characters. Maybe they were out for an after work drink and kept throwing out suggestions in a intoxicated manner.

It is not just the "kicks" it is the "hands, thumbs, & head" moves that make that dance funny. To answer your question I only have seen that dance in real live AFTER it showed on Seinfeld.
I for one would have liked to see some older but really cool dance from Sammy Davis JR., Gregory Hines, Fred Astair. To see a character do some really involved TAP dance would be down right cooool!
(Anyone that I have known in real life has once in there life dropped or almost dropped an Air Conditioner out their window. That is a classic Seinfeld moment. I loaned an air conditioner to a friend of mine one summer. He asked me if I had seen that episode. I knew right there he dropped my air conditioner out the window.)

I also like the "Little Kicks" dance becuase it's the only one wear you don't go flailing out of controll. Perhaps I want to dance on someone's body? Am I going to do the female monk dance? No, that wouldn't have as much impact

Seinfeld is funny. Too bad they canned it, but thats what they wanted. As for these other dances.... perhaps they should add a few dances that any class / sex can do.

there was a video game, in the late 80's I think(?), it's based on Michael Jackson's crimal MTV. The speical kill-everyone-on-screen move was MJ dancing/moonwalking and every enemy on screen would follow, and died, haa
|
It came out in '92 actually and I own that game, lol. I first saw it as a kid at Pizza Hut.
As for the /dance convo, I haven't found a kiss emote in there so dancing is probably the easiest way to entertain a relationship in GW. (i.e. army couples playing the game where the husband/wife is away)

/NOT Signing. Just laughing my ass off at nieveness...
Lets go ahead and keep this open just to show how ridiculous this really is.
The fact that such things matter to you at all is probably the funniest part...
dancing has NOTHING to do with the game... It's there for goofing off... No Big deal...

But I liked Pulp Fiction.
That's why my female warrior has black hair and a bob-cut for that Uma Thurman look.
The female elementalist - sigh - don't even think of changing her dance - or the way she jiggles when hauling ass lugging a basket of apples.

ddr:gw - great idea.
perhaps the only way i could convince my girlfriend to play gw too
btw i think a ddr:gw could increase the female playerbase by 500% or more ...
