Depends. Does it make me a bad person if I laugh when Bambi's mom dies?

It's not bad to laugh at it - but it's just not funny.
It's not in bad taste - it's just not funny.
Bambi Meets Godzilla - now that's funny

I find myself disgusted by it yet compelled to look longer at the same time. I am repulsed by the suggested violence yet drawn to watch with a sense of anticipation, knowing that I will be sickened by what I see but unable to look away. It is both fascinating and repulsive. I love it.
The artist has suggested a foreshadowing of the impending doom of the animal through both an accurate rendering and a vivid monochromatic palette. A sense of kinetic danger is presented through the sketchy and haphazard line technique utilized throughout the space. The particular and immediate perspective places the viewer directly in contact with the scene, caught in the headlights of the oncoming crash about to take place. The abscence of a hand holding the scissors places them suggestively in the hand of the viewer, making the viewer the deus ex machina in this macabre scene, able to show mercy or strike the killing blow. That the outcome is thus deferred is pure genius.

I just recently had to end the life of an Opossum that had made it's home in my house..at 2 in the morning no less.
I also had to use one of my swords to do it. I tried to be humane about it, but I really felt bad about it. Now, seeing this? I don't feel so bad. I mean, I'm a bastich, but I'm not as bad as Mr.Scissorkillingbabychick guy

I'm not a big animal guy (Except for my puppies and kittens), and when my kittens started catching chipmunks and squirrels instead of mice, I didn't stop laughing for a good 15 minutes.
And cows.. God, I hate cows. They come in our garden, eat our gardeny stuff, break our fences. I chase them with a stick while I throw rocks.
