If you're ever in any of those places... check out Dominguez in El Paso (it's near the Airport) and La Posta in Las Cruces (actually in Mesilla, lots of cool history there). Ricardo's is about the best their is in Sierra Vista, and it's actually in Hereford... but it doesn't compare with the other two I listed.

I went to college in Las Cruces and I made it a point to eat at La Posta at least twice a month.. MMmmm.. You also need to eat at Chopes.. Great food

I grew up in East Los Angeles, and I learned how to cook at young age. I make all of the above to perfection...including the carne asada and my onw special pico de gallo. Cooking is my pastime....I cook everything ....tonight its Macadamia nut crusted Chilean Sea Bass ( farmed, not wild), grilled asparagus and garlic roated potatoes.......

Fellow Aggie? Class of 2001 here. I also really enjoyed Joy Luck. It was a Chinese place in the shopping center where they built the Hooters.
