According the to EULA for Guild Wars, it is not legal to trade or sell your account. However, as we have debated before in these forums, that aspect of the EULA is difficult, if not impossible, to enforce. So the technical answer to your question is... no, it's not ok to do it here, or anywhere else. In reality however, it is done.

Let me state, since it is a violation of the EULA and as I am an Alpha tester I would have to report said activity and the account will be locked, so don't do it.
