lol... morrowind blows... no it doesn't, its just really long and hard to decide what to do. i've been wasting so much computer uptime when i could have 100 swimming and athletics by spamming run and swim! Gah! oh well :-)

I agree it did take a long time to get going (Wasting hours walking to next towns when you are low level). Morrowind was good as you had the ability to make your own spells and enchant weapons. Fable's ageing idea was very cool and you could get married and your wife brought weapons . Apparently you could become a mayor of some of the towns by marrying the right person and killing of the rest of the family in secret. Not sure if this actually worked though.

This is why you are Prime Material for Civilization 4! Set the game to un-believe-ably Long! You will love it. Also you can play again and again! Especially when the Zulus keep crushing you with their short-fused tempers.
Civ4 will be out later this month! You can check out the funny Trailer here: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/...niv/media.html
EDIT: Talk about High-Jacking a thread....

What you stuck on. If its stuff to do stick to joining a couple of the guilds ie fighters/mages and do all the quests this will build up your level/skills, get you money and help you explore the map. Some of the earlier quests involve picking mushroom but it all helps.

I never played the original Fable but I have played Fable: TLC - and there *is* a dragon in it ...

Any news on a TLC expansion for the xbox? I was under the impression that they would release a *cheaper* expansion version for the xbox to put in your hardrive to increase the oh-so-short xbox Fable. A bit of a rip-off to release an -exclusive- xbox only game, then after the unsatisfied reaction of its fans, release a better version for the PC.

After running through Morrowinds main quest with the usual uber Warrior type, and doing the expansions, I tossed it aside for a few months.
Then, out of boredom, I picked it back up and decided to go for a real challenge. Created a really weak character, a raggedy, barefoot, wood elf street urchin. No armor, no magic, no luck -- just trying to stay alive in that environment with nothing but her stealth, speed, and a simple dagger. Had the Morrowind essential mod running, so she had to eat, drink, and sleep to keep going. Had more fun with that than running the warrior.
