HUGE Game Monday night
New England Patriots(4-3) against Colts (7-0)
My pick
new england victory 28-14, because so far, colts have played Crappy as$ teams (except st louis, which they probably woulda lost to if Marc Bulger didnt get injured and Torry Holt Played.. Also a few key defensive players such as, Leonard Little) Also, Colts almost let Houstan Texans catch up.... Stats for game - my pick
Patriots-
Tom Brady- 321 yards 21 Completions with 30 Attempts 2 Touchdowns 1 Interception
Cory Dillon 2 Touchdowns, 121 yards 0 Receiving yards
Deion branch- 10 Receptions 150 Yards 1 Touchdown
David Givens- 9 Receptions for 121 Yards 0 Touchdown
Daniel Graham 2 Receptions for 32 yards 1 Touchdown
Patrick Pass 32 Rushing Yards 0 Tds 19 Receiving yards
Tedy bruschi- 1 Interception, 1 Forced Fumble, 1 Fumble Recovery
Eugene Wilson- 1 Interception
Colts-
Peyton Manning- 204 Yards 18 Completions with 32 Attempts 1 Touchdown 2 interceptions
Edgerrine James- 95 Yards 1 Touchdown 1 fumble, 1 fumble lost
Marvin Harrison- 103 Yards 10 Catches 1 TD

Colts... New England's defense is killed by injuries. I know that R.Harrison is out but i dont know about Seymour. Colt's offense will take advantage of it and tear it up. It should be close though, a blowout would be pretty boring.

I am tired of Patriots...

as a diehard Pats fan this one was circled on the calendar.
This will be a great game and you can bet Bill will have some new wrinkle to throw at the Colts early on.
The key will be the first quarter. It always is when these two teams meet.

I'll have to say Colts on this one... it's hard to argue with 7-0. I'm a Packer's fan (yes, I'm still hiding in the woodwork), so I'm just hoping for a good game that's up to all the hype.

This game won't be as great as everyone is expecting it to be. The patriots are 3-3 coming out of the toughest six week stretch in recorded NFL history...The Colts on the other hand are 7-0(which they SHOULD be) coming off one of the easiest openings any team in the NFL has this season. If the Colts WEREN'T 7-0 they'd be in HUGE HUGE trouble. The Patriots defense is weakened due to the loss of Harrison...but with the recent comeback of Bruschi all the leadership that Harrison filled on the team will be taken over by Bruschi. You'll see a significantly stronger defense this week. Given the fact that the Colts have never beaten Brady in Foxboro, They're coming off a cupcake schedule(with an inflated record), They've played teams who's average offensive rating is 23rd in the league, coupled with the fact that the Patriots are now looking at a home stretch win-out on their way to the playoffs...I'm gonna have to say that the Patriots walk away with this one.

speaking of walking away, it was just reported on weei radio in Boston that Terrell Owens has been officially suspended for four games and also coach Andy Reid has said Owens would not be returning to the team this season.
At least the Patriots' problems are all health-related.

Ok I'll start by saying that I like Indy and do not really like vanilla N.E.!
Having said that we should look at not only this matchups recent history but the start of the year for both teams. As for the matchup, well Indy has shown well but not won.....N.E. just has their #.
N.E started the season without a team leader by action & spirit - Teddy B., and it just got worse through presseason and early on in the season....injury bug FTW!!! Indy on the other hand didn't suffer the same fate and are cruising at 7-0 with a vamped up defense they've lacked in the past. Despite all of the positives going right now for Indy I have a REALLY big problem thinking that they're over the hump.
Manning set a record last year and just made it look so simple throwing 300+yd games w/3td or more etc. This year though, they start with a soft schedule most say....but any Fantasy owner will tell you that they are disappointed with Manning's performance so far.......he's not putting up the #'s we'd hope or expected.
I think tonight it will be the same competitve game, a few struggles on both sides but just have the feeling the "team" play of N.E. will edge the big play capability of Indy - 24-20 Pats win.

Felt bad for the Packers with Brett Favre and all, with Polamalu returning a fumble for touchdown
Anyways, it'll be a close game, since Colts came out of a BYE

Double Post...
7 - 0 Colts already. If the first drive was any indication, and they can play defense like they have been, then they will win.

Well now all Manning needs to do is to get the postseason monkey off his back.. Pats didn't play that badly but just got outclassed. Their secondary looked a bit suspect though.
