"The Soundtrack To Your Life + Apology to GWG Members"
First, the apology:
I have said and done things on here that I am ashamed of. I am referring to some of the off the cuff things I have said to some of you that might not have been warranted, or that may have been mistaken for hatefulness. I apologize, and although I have done this once before on here, it was for something else. Enjoy it, I don't do it often. When I am wrong, I am wrong, so RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO it.
And then the meat
*edited to avoid further abuse which I am not allowed to castrate them about doing*
I sat here going through my stacks of DvD's of music, trying to compile an 80 minute-or-less audio cd that I consider to be my personal soundtrack, you know, to my life. These are the songs that I truly feel define me as a human being. This list is no particular order, as I will arrange them when I burn them in a minute...
After reading my list, perhaps some of you could share this interesting idea with lists of your own?
Depeche Mode - Walking In My Shoes
Evanesence - My Immortal
Gary Allan - Smokerings In the Dark
Incubus - The Warmth
Journey - Don't Stop Believin'
Limp Bizkit - Behind Blue Eyes (cover song)
Metallica - Turn the Page (cover song)
Mudvayne - Forget To Remember (from the saw II soundtrack)
Orgy - Blue Monday (cover of new order's old hit song)
Paul E. - Dig Underground
Sarah Brightman - Dust In the Wind (cover of Kansas classic song)
Scorpions - Winds of Change
Smashing Pumpkins - By Starlight
Social Distortion - I Was Wrong
Staind - Epiphany
Sting - Desert Rose
Sugar Ray - Someday
Tonic - If You Could Only See
----------
Anyone else

I am not asking for help, I am asking others to post what songs they consider to be the songs of their life's soundtrack.

He could have been serious, in which case me might need to be worried. But I'm guessing he wasn't, and yes..it was abrasive..

Read his post history. No, he wasn't being genuine. I can understand joking around in a goofy thread about something silly, but that was uncalled for, and I'll be damned if I sit here and take it when I am not allowed to do it in non-serious threads.

I think the music that best fits my life is the music without vocals. Different moods, different tempos, different rhythms, without much actual verbal communication.
Mostly new age. The other stuff I listen to in between :P

i dont have songs that define me.
i change constantly and every time i change, a new song fits.
so i don't really have a list.
i think my song for now is: White snake - here i go again.
its an oldie , i know, im only 19 , i know.
but its just relaxing, being single and sitting in your car, driving on the highway and having HERE I GO AGAIN ON MY OWNN!!! blasting out of the speakers.
