Oooh Elven Eggnog. I need to get me some of that! Make it really strong for us too. But yea, I think they should do some Christmas stuff for Guild Wars. Decorate, give gifts, and stuff like that. It would be really cool I think. So go for it Areanet.

You think they'd do something as obvious as giving away Santa hats?

Maybe they could give out staff-sized candy canes to wield.

Trolls with Santa hats would be a sight to behold.

The dwarves dressed like elves would be cool - I hope it remains in the cutscenes. I'd do the Ice Caves mission over just to get a screencap of the cutscene with Evenia with her seven dwarves dressed up like elves.

Replace some NPCs with snowmen.

Oooh! Another great idea! How about if ANet hides some X-Mas trees in random locations with presents beneath them if you happen to find one?

a Mad Santa!, rather than just appearing like the Mad King, you hear jingle bells and start hearing a distant ho ho ho! then he flies down over the beach and lands by the tree (the sled is pulled by Mad Reindeer!) and he does his games! if you get it wrong he mind freezes you to death!

a new Red item! a CandyCane of Fortitude!

IT BETTER SNOW AND HAVE TWINKLE LIGHTS!!!!!!!

we all get the festive hats right! thats a given days b4 christmas, BUT! during the festivities everytime you go to LA you see stockings hung everywhere, on Christmas day when you log into that district you get a special stocking identified to you which you can "open" on christmas day! and they have one last suprise for you left by mad santa! and it will be lumps of coal! for some and a random rune for others!

remember there were those wad king guards and they were made outta candy-korn they should make like snowmen and every1's pet would be reindeer and one kind of pet could be a reindeer with a red nose

my best guess is that ANet doesn't want to piss off the non-christian fanbase quite yet, so they're saving the decorations for later.

or they haven't finished yet.
