Shoarma is lambmeat with 'shoarma-spices', you stuff the meat in a 'pita' (bread-like food) and you can add some vegies or sauce. It is an arab 'dish'.
That's sums it up pretty well.

Perogies are Ukrainian, it is potatoes and some other things wrapped in dough. They are very good.( my explanation of what they are isnt very good).
