I suggest you avoid Runescape at all costs.The community in Runescape has gone completely downhill.They have barely any clan interface for starters.They have made the wilderness(PvP zone) so where it is easy for people to live/getaway and in order to conquer you must have a big team.

They have shitty customer support where they ban people for just saying their clan websites.There weekly updates are usually quests in which 9/10 are quests for low/mid levels.

The players are from all age groups.The 10 year olds curse you out,you got the retards from miniclip joining and scamming/macroing thanks to Aryan is at a all time high.

This Mmorpg presents no challenge at all.Ive seen people get lvl 100 in a months(max is 126).Not to mention the duel arena is filled with bugs where people get scammed out hundreds of millions daily.Also back to the pk system,its all random.Ive seen level 105's kill 115's with the same armor and higher stats.

Guildwars id choose in the long run because you dont have the little worries of Rs.

I quit runescape after getting scammed out of torag and a whip (8 mil at that time). Jagex CS probably doesn't even exist.

wow runescape, that is an odd game. my bro used to play it then he kept dying, and decided it sucked so he quit and came to the light side (aka GW). hasnt played it since. never payed for the whole version just did the free one. its a complete waste of money to pay for it, its really just a piece of crap thrown together a lil too quickly to be a quality game.

but thats just my opinion.

I played for four years as well (many breaks and blank points, however). I quit RS out of boredom as a lvl 64, in all F2P guilds. Full rune, etc.

I played it a week after I stopped playing Diablo II because I thought there were no real RPGs besides Diablo I and II, and if I'd pick a sucky game, why not a free one? Then I found about there were real RPGs besides Diablo I and II, like Guild Wars, so I gave all my items to an old friend that needed time to realize there were realy RPGs, and I gave him a bit help to speed up that time.

Yep.. Runescape is the worst game their is, and I'd rather play Guild Wars the rest of my life then I'd switch to eat, even if it was the only other possibilty. Runescape is a disgrace, I can't imagine that you can think this is a nice game, even after you've played Guild Wars.

If you compare graphics.. its like.. WOW I spent time on this ? Lol.. Had a level 83 account with about 8 mill, A dragon skirt, whip, and Zamorak crap. ( Zammy does have a real close resemblance to Grenth.. Hah xD ) Once getting guild wars and seeing the DIFFERENCE... No more grind.. No more useless skills.. Yay! Did a little dance, fell off my chair, I fell in love with Guild Wars. From there it kicks off.. Lol.

Jeez chill out man as for me I quit more then five years ago but I still enjoyed the time I had it was more like real life is hard and that game life was really hard ive never played a harder game and im quite happy I got so good at it and left at the top of where I wanted to be

right now the game sucks due to rares but in the time I played more then five years ago It was quite a hoot.
