I was born with Black hair and as I aged my hair slowly turned to redish brown and brown. I grew my first white hair at the age of 14.

I'm trying to stretch mine out a bit longer, but it's looking very imminent ...

Soon as it gets too bad, I'm going to go kojak, currently I look like a monk in the cctv cameras you get in banks and stuff, but people only notice if they can see the top of my head ....

Don't feel too bad - I've found a 3 inch hair on my nipple. How long has THAT been there o_O

I have black hair with, by now, quite a few white ones scattered around. Rainsing kids'll do that to you every time. And then I have a couple bright red hairs here and there. I have no idea what that's about...

I don't really care, though...it'll all turn gray/white eventually. Big whoop.

I'm supposedly 1/8 Scottish, if I have my family geneaology correct. Other than that, I'm mostly Italian/EasternEuro, so it's pretty mysterious. Even so, I've been told it's not all that rare. ::shrug::

I don't usually have facial hair to begin with, but it was a definite "WTF?" moment the first time I noticed it.

That is nothing...worry when you realize you are losing your hair. I will take grey/white hair over not having any hair...any day...

It happens. I had my first grey (white really) hairs at 15 ish too. I'm 23 now and still find a couple every now and then. (i'm a bit scottish, irish, and italian, a bit of a european mutt)

That's where I hope genetics comes into play. If family history proves true, I should continue to have black hair fairly well into old age and die with a lush, thick pompadour. Um, not that all the men in my family died while sporting a pompadour...

well Gray hair are from genetics or stress, it could be signs of serious injuries tho, but so can sore throats, so ur chances are slim from being sick :P
