Actually, concidering what it is... That ain't bad at all. The recommended CPU power surprises me, as well as memory. The Graphics Card is what I expect - exactly why I spent all that cash on SLI. I can be ready for anything withen the next few years.

Those are actually a little bit lower than I expected. I'm good to go.

I was expecting a lot more than that,
Also I'm probably getting a new graphics card to replace my x700 pro when my birthday rolls around. So I'll be set.

Gah, looks like I'll have to get a new computer that actually has a motherboard worth talking about... Stupid pre-made pieces of crap whose motherboards only have pci slots...

Awesome, I just built myself a new computer, and I am good to go in all of the categories (under recommended). In fact, it looks as if I won't have to upgrade for a couple years now. That is good news for me.

3 gig processor and 1 gig ram isnt that bad of a requirement, you can get those kinda cheap these days, have you seen the SS and vids of that game, those being the requirements seem kinda low to me, especially the 1 gig ram i had that like 7 years ago

It could be like F.E.A.R was...
FEAR actually has the exact same recommended system, except one notch slower vidcard, and anyone who has played it, know how much details can be pumped up on the recommended system.
Will see, will see.

I'm surprised the minimum requirements are so low. It seems I wont have to buy a new rig to play this game after all.

Exactly, this is the only reason Morrowind lasted so long on my comp. The mod community is what makes games like this shine.

Well, I was going to get it anyway, even if I had to play it on miniumum or below. Good to know that I'll get a respectable framerate.

This is why in these forums at Guru and elsewhere I have been saying that 1Gb in ram now a days is the new minimum. 2Gb is optimum. I am glad to see that gaming is now taking on the CPU as well. It is not all pretty pictures...it has some number crunching to do...
EDIT: Say what is the URL of the site that tells you how much Min & Reconmended systems spec you have for games? I got that here on the Guru once and thought I bookmarked it.
