Yeah the class isn't hard. It's actually a refresher course for me since I took almost the same class 2 years ago. It is just the fact that it is 2 hours... 2 hours of constant note-taking is just horrible.

oo, ramen. MSG and hydrogenated oil central. (hydrogenated oils create trans fats, which clog arteries faster than saturated fats will. at least, that's what i've read in TIME.)
